Responsible for the oversight of projects managed by the Global Clinical Operations department.Responsible also for the delivery of the projects in defined planning, quality, and budget.Main tasks are, but not limited to- To coordinate national and international clinical studies in regard of established clinical development plan, regulatory requirements, and timelines. such as- Follow up trackers set-up and updates- Protocol, informed consent, questionnaire review- CRF and statistical analysis plan review- Clinical study report review- Trial Master Files set-up, maintenance, and archiving- To support the department in the choice and coordination of the subcontractors involved in clinical studies- To prepare and follow KPIs, internal & external plans for the clinical studies- To review and follow up the properly execution of the different activities according to the specified documentation and in regard of the clinical development plan- To follow financial compliance of clinical studies- To organize internal and external communication of clinical studies including kick of meeting and results presentation- To support the department in communication preparation about the study progress and results, including newsletters, presentations, etc- To support the department in the training and mentoring of more junior team member and actively participate in initiative to improve the overall department function within the company.
