ABOUT HUBERT LESCOT
Graduate from an engineering school (ENSEA), I started to work as a study engineer in a small structure (GSM) developing inverters and other converters. Then, my mission was to create and manage an R&D department to address the increasing needs of customers in term of innovative products for specific applications. After 5 years, I joined VALEO in electrical vehicle division. First, as hardware team leader then as technical project manager on a major program. This key program consisted in develop inverter and DC/DC converter for the new generation of GM’s hybrid vehicles. All through these more than ten years of experience, I had the opportunity to give the proof of my rigor, my relational quality, my creativity and my huge work capability. I’m able to manage multidisciplinary teams, undertake responsibilities and reach my objectives.
