   Instruct quality operators to ensure that the quality requirements on the manufacturing process of computer servers and racks, from hardware component assembling to rack crating for shipment, are met. • Lead cross-functional teams working on root cause analysis and yield improvement, using control chart, pareto chart, fishbone diagram, and 5 whys. Establish a communication flow chart and host routine meetings to oversee customer requests being passed down from customers, internal business groups to manufacturing teams effectively, reducing customer-change-request related failures to nearly zero. • Develop Python applications to automatically perform data processing tasks, such as executing SQL queries to retrieve manufacturing data from server databases, performing data manipulation and analysis with Pandas and NumPy, and visualizing results in Matplotlib and Seaborn, to monitor manufacturing process trends and abnormalities. • Perform analysis of field reliability data for the repairable systems at data centers, using Weibull distribution. Generate correlation studies between field performance and manufacturing data, giving evidence to internal teams for strategy adjustments and feedback to customers for vendor choices of components, such as memory and solid state device(SSD). • Work on feedback from customers, and create 8D reports for quality-related complaints. • Participate in new production introduction (NPI) process, giving inputs based on learning from previous products, ensuring quality requirements on prototype production are met, and creating quality control strategy for mass production. • Build stand-alone software tools that integrate Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint with Python, to help quality engineers and technicians create reports more efficiently. For example, reduce the time to create a weekly report from 2 days to 30 minutes. Provide ongoing support to end users with troubleshooting and upgrading the tool per new feature requests.
