I firmly believes that Leadership and Agility is all about transformation self and people around, working together as human beings, respecting the experience, knowledge and context into consideration and of course Delivery Matters! In short, my expertise is in Making Delivery Happen with Simplicity and in that process transforming people and teams.I discovered my passion for Leadership in a CTO\'s Corner Office, when I said \"NO\" to scrum master role and chose to take up the challenge of playing a bigger game.Leaving behind the hands on experiences in the various domains like embedded systems, RTOS, DSPs, Retail, Industrial Printing, PayTV etc - embarking on a new journey has enabled me in bringing a unique blend of product development and Service Oriented experiences to benefit his stakeholders in their transformation.My agility journey began in 2003 with SCRUM in a new product development environment and has ever since been in the discover to deliver mode in agile for large Organization and Startups. The journey has given insights to new frontiers and domains, while building on his previous domains like Embedded System and Solutions (RTOS, DSPs, Retail POS Solutions, and Industrial Printing Solution), Products Development and Deployment (Fleet Management Solutions, Pay TV Set Top Box and Medical Devices).
