I have over 6 years of experience in product management, business analysis, and web development, with a focus on online HR solutions. I am passionate about creating innovative and user-friendly products that solve real-world problems and enhance organizational efficiency and performance. As the Product Lead for Exela HCM Suite at Exela Technologies, I work with a talented and diverse team of developers, designers, and analysts to deliver a holistic and integrated web application that automates and streamlines various HR functions, from recruitment to retirement. In my current role, I am responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, as well as managing the product backlog, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication. I also conduct market research, user feedback, and data analysis to identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement. I leverage my skills in sprint planning, stakeholder management, and road map prioritization to ensure that the product meets the highest standards of quality, functionality, and usability.
