My current role with Hotwire Communications is leading the development of dynamic growth strategies in new and existing teleco markets. Working cross-functionally with engineering, design, construction, analytics, project management, operations, and marketing to design and execute growth initiatives. With my core objective of incorporating all facets of Hotwire\'s inner-departmental Processes & Procedures; ensuring seamless collaboration. With the driving goal to achieve maximum efficiency in the architectonics of customer and user acquisition, activation, retention, and upsell. By-Improving and generating new market leading tactics in the deployment of Fiber Optic Cable Networks- Fostering and directing staff through all strategic construction development and Growth Operative implementation efforts- Developing tools to demonstrate quantifiable value propositions, based on Project needs and situations- Advancing metrically driven priorities; tracking progress and productivity- Providing detailed and accurate budgetary forecasting for capital expenditures- Formulating creative strategies, and agile deployment processes and protocols- Strategic Planning and company leadership- Promoting operational practicality and cost efficiency- Acting as internal consultant to EVP, and main thought partner to executive team, to help shape the type of company infrastructure that enables analysis of user behavior, technology advancement, and targeted promotions- Responsible for selection and integration of organization framework- In strategic partnership with CTO & IT Web Development team, to architect database driven workforce management software tools- Responsible for evaluation and execution of inorganic business development initiatives- Heavily involved in the evaluation and execution of organic growth initiatives- Creating a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.
