ABOUT HANNAH STICKEL

Operations leader and scholar-practitioner with over a decade of experience driving performance in manufacturing environments through a people-first, servant leadership approach. I believe strong operations start with engaged teams, and I am committed to creating environments where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to do their best work.My career began at Kraft Heinz, where I developed a strong foundation in quality, sanitation, and production. I later expanded my leadership scope at The Lubrizol Corporation, leading cross-functional teams, advancing continuous improvement initiatives, and delivering safe, efficient, and reliable operations. I bring a blend of operational discipline and human-centered leadership, focusing not only on achieving results in safety, quality, and productivity, but also on building trust, developing talent, and strengthening team culture. My academic background includes a Master’s in Business Operational Excellence from The Ohio State University, and I am currently pursuing a Doctorate in Organization Management and Change at Bowling Green State University to deepen my ability to lead meaningful, sustainable transformation.I am passionate about using data-driven insights alongside a genuine commitment to people to improve operations, strengthen engagement, and create lasting impact.
