   It has been an incredible journey at Cadence, with a strong focus across Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Applications, and organizational enablement. In M&A, I have had the privilege of owning the end-to-end IT due diligence, onboarding and integration process, collaborating closely with Corp Dev, HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and multiple R&D Business Units such as SDA, SSG, SVG, DSG, and CPG. Our team\'s contributions have been instrumental in defining the M&A IT strategy, enhancing pipeline visibility, estimating and tracking M&A IT and R&D budgets, and ensuring seamless cross-functional collaborations. One of our most notable achievements was the successful integration of BETA CAE in 2025, which stands as one of our largest and most successful M&A integrations at that time.On the Business Applications front, I own applications like cadence.com, community, Corp Wiki, RDWiki and few more. My team led the successful delivery of the Marketing Vision initiative, driving measurable business outcomes and achieving ~40% efficiency improvements for authors and publishers. We modernized the marketing platform (Adobe AEM) to enable self-service content authoring, significantly improved cadence.com performance by reducing U.S. homepage load times and implemented automated regression and smoke testing. These efforts resulted in higher sprint quality, fewer UAT defects, zero post-production issues, and significant QA cost savings. Additionally, we established clear ownership models, accountability, and coverage plans to strengthen our operational execution.From an org perspective, I have dedicated efforts to understanding the various R&D groups within Cadence and have led few sessions to promote knowledge sharing and collaboration. As part of our long-term strategy, we are creating a framework for full-stack initiative, and I am actively learning about Cadence Cloud to support scalable, future-ready solutions. More to come, but this journey has been very fulfilling.
