I’ve spent nearly 30 years at College of the Canyons, where I’ve worked across a range of roles in technology and infrastructure. That experience rooted in the day-to-day realities of higher education shapes how I approach systemwide work: practical, collaborative, and focused on supporting the mission of our college.As CISO of the Security Center, I lead security initiatives across the California Community College system. My focus is on building partnerships, upskilling local teams, and creating opportunities for students to engage in real-world cybersecurity work. I’m committed to solutions that scale, reduce risk, and strengthen the system as a whole.
