Some of my biggest accomplishments are:Technical Lead – Alexa+ for Calling experiences• Led a cross-org tiger team of 6 engineers and 7 language engineers for enabling LLM powered Agentic capabilities within the AI assistant.• Designed and implemented agent friendly interfaces (“tools”) using a LangChain-like internal framework.• Used SOTA AI models and used techniques like chain-of-thought prompting, in-context learning, mixture of experts, prompt caching, etc. to serve user requests with >98% accuracy.• Researched and implemented ways to reduce inference speed by ~60% to provide smooth user perceived latency.Technical Lead – Household Unified Call History• Technical lead for delivering household unified call history to the Alexa app. Led a team of 4 engineers in enhancing privacy protection and reducing customer support tickets by 98%.• Launched a new service based on Event Driven Architecture (EDA) that processes >62 million events per day across 3 regions worldwide using AWS Lambda, SNS, SQS and DynamoDB.Technical lead – Mobile App Calling Modernization• Designed a unified backend solution that consolidated 4 legacy REST APIs into one. This reduced developmentcycles by >50% and in turn reduced time-to-market whose total savings compound over time.• Led a team of 3 engineers to implement the modernization effort which lowered operational cost, improved appside performance by 15% and improved developer productivity and satisfaction.
