Tackle the complexities of this unprecedented urban development by steering HSE strategies in a multi-stakeholder environment. Represent Hatch as a thought leader at quarterly industry forums, driving innovation and compliance with regulatory requirements. Oil and Gas Asset Closure Leadership: Lead HSE efforts for the planned decommissioning and closure of a remote Oil and Gas asset. Develop and implement robust risk management frameworks and emergency response protocols to address the unique challenges of closure phases in sensitive and remote environments. Marine and Rail Operations Safety: Oversee HSE operations for a planned Terminal refurbishment project in Vancouver, a critical ship-loading upgrade with significant logistical and safety complexities. Effectively manage risks related to live rail, marine activities, and simultaneous operations. High-Risk Environment Assessment: Demonstrate strategic foresight and leadership in evaluating the risk profile for a prospective project in Pakistan, situated in a high-risk and politically sensitive environment.
