A few highlights include:• Strategic Leadership: Leading strategy and operations for 25 ambulatory oncology centers, with full P&L responsibility for a billion-dollar regional operation and a team of 1,300. • Digital Transformation & Patient Access: Spearheaded the development of digital health solutions at UT Southwestern that reduced new patient appointment lead times from two months to just 10 days.• Financial & Operational Turnaround: Drove initiatives at the Cleveland Clinic that resulted in over $37M in annual cost avoidance through process engineering and lean methodologies.
