The optical and optoelectronics devices include edge-emitting high-power lasers (FP, DFB), edge-emitting high-speed lasers (DML, EML, DFB-MZ), tunable lasers, vertical cavity surface-emitting lasers (VCSEL), waveguides, modulators, detectors (APD, PIN), diffractive optics (transmission & reflection optical gratings), gain chips and photonics integrated circuits (PICs).
