AI is a great enabler, and if used correctly is the next level productivity enhancer, and hence organisations need to invest both in ‘how to build native AI capabilities’ and ‘how to utilise AI to build faster’. Integration is the connectivity superhighway, which, based on how you build it, can act like an ‘Autobahn’ or a ‘dirt track’. It is important to build it right, as it feeds data, which is the basis for any AI to act effectively. White the scope of Automation, is extremely broad, it finally puts the act (of the AI or otherwise) into the thought, and hence becomes all the more important to completing the cycle from data to thought to action. As Head of Solution Engineering at Mulesoft, part of Salesforce, I lead efforts to empower organizations with cutting-edge SaaS, iPaaS, and PaaS solutions. In this role, my work focuses on driving seamless business process automation and integration through a collaborative and high-performing team. Leveraging Mulesoft\'s platform, we enable enterprises to build scalable, cross-functional solutions that address complex technical challenges. My prior leadership roles at Mulesoft equipped me to oversee solution engineering across diverse regions, including India, Singapore, and Greater China. This experience sharpened my ability to guide teams in delivering impactful integration strategies. Committed to fostering innovation and partnership, my mission is to help businesses unlock their potential by bridging technology gaps and driving operational efficiency.I have extensive customer-facing experience, encompassing both individual contributor and leadership positions. My expertise spans a wide range of front, mid, and back-office technologies, platforms, and applications. These include iPaaS, API Management, Customer Relationship Management (Sales and Service), Customer 360, Business Process Reengineering and Management, and Document Management solutions.I am deeply passionate about fostering, cultivating, and expanding cohesive and collaborative solution engineering teams.
