Co-defined the strategic vision and quarterly planning of activities, maximizing profits across different customer segments, throughout customers’ purchase journey in theaters and customers\' lifetime, generating a 3% increase in operating income- Led the Revenue Growth Management technical strategy by proposing, analyzing, implementing, and communicating large-scale experiments for the Box Office and Concessions businesses, creating a ~3% incremental operating income- Supervised the development, piloting, and scale-up of a tool to automate the scheduling of movies with a team of 6 data scientists, bringing together 20+ colleagues from IT & Digital Transformation, Movies & Releases, Operations, and Strategy- Managed the causal inference practice for company-wide initiatives, looking to understand the impact across multiple KPIs and prioritizing the full-scale release of projects/learnings that would benefit the company the most- Hired and managed a team of 12 Data Scientists.
