Having experience of more than Fifteen (15) Years in development sector at various levels of functioning, and consulting with promotion and campaign, Digital Planning, prepared IEC and BCC activities, Contextual impact analysis, Project management and DPR preparation in municipal corporations in Govt. set up as well as in NGOs, Develop digital planning and IEC material along with Behavior change activities conducted for Total Sanitation Campaign, Ensure safe drinking water every household of Assam and Madhya Pradesh Urban Sanitation and Environment Progrmme (MPUSEP) and Swachh Bharat Mission (SBM) and PMAY- Housing for all Scheme in the state of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. BCC in the form of developing Print material like Banner, poster, leaflets etc. as well as developing broadcast (Digital) materials like Video documents, Street Play (Nukad natak), using social media and monitoring the programme as well as follow up the change in behavior of community as whole society adopting the best practices through those video documents and print media. Presently I am work as Project Manager in 6 division of Assam under Jal Jeevan Mission and SRLM – Rajsthan, State Resource Person (SRP), Grade – B, Livelihood (Livestock Expert) as Part Time

   Kerala Solid Waste Management Project is to strengthen the institutional and service delivery systems for solid waste management in Kerala funded by World Bank,ADB Bank and Govt. of Kerala. Working as Livelihood Expert (Policy and Capacity building)- Major responsibilities are: • Prepare livelihood action plan, as informed by SIA, as per social and livelihood management framework. • Developing and linking informal workers to livelihood programmes, so rag pickers, HKS Kudumbshree members etc have access high return entrepreneurial and income generation opportunities beyond segregation and recycling. • Support in implementation of livelihood action plan, citizen engagement plan across ULBs • Developed and implement livelihood plan for those depandant on land and may loss livelihood due to land acquisition. • Identify resource person/ Training institution to provide hands on training and capacity building to the PAPs on the chosen livelihood.
