As the Director AIOps at Arlo Technologies, I lead the development and implementation of machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions for alerting and monitoring, reducing manual effort and scaling the product. With over 15 years of experience in the technology industry, I have a strong background in microservice architecture, Kubernetes, ISTIO, and cloud migration.I am passionate about building a culture of site reliability engineering (SRE) and introducing new technologies and concepts that enhance the quality, scalability, and predictability of the platform. I have successfully automated critical standard operating procedures, developed in-house algorithms and tools, and integrated external tools for effective alerting and monitoring. I have also completed multiple payment wallet and carrier payment gateway integrations.
