In my previous role as a product development team lead at Faurecia R&D Center, I led multiple projects to design and deliver high-quality automotive interior parts, using cutting-edge technologies and tools. I also served as an innovation project leader, where I initiated and executed new ideas to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability.
