At Albertsons, we were missing a $50M+ opportunity by not reacting to in-session customer behavior, leading to lower engagement and suboptimal average order values despite our $1.1B personalization platform. I secured VP-level buy-in by quantifying revenue impact, aligned 4 cross-functional teams, including Data Science and Engineering, and led the end-to-end delivery of real-time personalization. In our a/b tests, we’re seeing a 1.2% lift with an estimated incremental revenue between $70-80 million.2. As Product Manager at LendingClub, which is a FinTech that sells and funds Personal Loans, I saw institutional investors struggle with inefficient bulk loan purchasing at pre-negotiated prices, limiting investor engagement with the company. This was affecting the volume of investor funding and reducing loan-clearance prices. I led the design of a competitive auction platform, aligning business, legal, and engineering teams to build the product. Also, I envisioned and designed the auctioning mechanism, which encouraged engagement and competitiveness. The launch increased marketplace funding by $50M and improved investor engagement by 30%.At a personal level, I play snooker in San Francisco and I have been supporting AC Milan (Italian Soccer Club) for 20 years!
