As a Vice President & Director of Human Resources at E4E Relief, I lead the HR strategy and operations for a global nonprofit organization that provides employee relief and wellness solutions to over 100 companies. With more than 15 years of HR experience, I have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR policies, programs, and practices that foster a positive and inclusive work culture, enhance employee engagement and retention, and support organizational growth and performance. I hold the PHR and SHRM-CP certifications, and I am a member of the Board of Advisors at Gardner-Webb University Searight PACE, where I share my insights and expertise on HR trends and best practices. I am also the owner of SMH Image, LLC, a personal and professional photography business that helps individuals and businesses achieve their goals and potential.
