Identify gaps and initiate corrective actions, including RCA documentation and escalation handling 1.Ensure adherence to SLAs and TATs for all HR service requests, including LOA, exit cases, and cost center updates. CSR and Employee Services Act as a liaison for employee services across the Nordics, handling requests such as employment certificates, legal name changes, and onboarding confirmations. Process Documentation & SOP Creation Draft and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documents for HR operations, including country-specific workflows like Sweden’s parental leave updates. Collaborate with HR Partners to ensure documentation reflects the latest policy changes and system updates. Training & Mentoring Provide training to junior analysts and new joiners on critical HR processes such as LOA handling, Workday updates, and ServiceNow ticketing. Task Assignment & Team Coordination Assign daily tasks to team members based on ticket volume and country-specific needs, ensuring balanced workload and timely resolution. Participate in daily huddles and team syncs to monitor progress and address blockers.
