Ms. Payson\'s work as a sustainability strategist and advocate is grounded in her dedication to improving the performance of the built environment for people and planet. Ms. Payson specializes in execution of sustainability certifications as well as crafting and implementing bespoke sustainability programs that balance competing priorities, integrate innovations in the field, and champion client objectives. Prior to joining Vidaris, Ms. Payson was the Director of Sustainability Services at a consultancy focused on New York City’s legislative landscape. This work included significant engagement in the implementation and iterative development of the 2009 Greener Greater Buildings legislation, helping to increase the sustainability of NYC’s existing building stock and shape a piece of legislation that would become a model for cities across the country.
