ABOUT HUGH MORGAN

Hugh is an experienced telecommunications professional with over 13 years in the industry, specialising in operational delivery, business growth, and strategic development. He began his journey with Blue Clarity, where he played a key role in scaling the business from a 5-person team into an international operation of over 100 employees, with offices across Northern Ireland, Scotland, and India. During this period, Hugh progressed through a number of senior roles, ultimately taking responsibility for both the financial and operational performance of the business. His leadership was instrumental in transforming the company into a Tier 1 delivery partner within just eight years, working with major industry clients including 3UK, MBNL, and Huawei. Following the successful sale and integration of the business, Hugh moved into senior leadership roles focused on service delivery, operations, and strategy. He has led large-scale delivery teams, built and executed service strategies, and supported the continued evolution and performance of the business at a senior level. In 2026, Hugh took on the role of Managing Director at Jet Infrastructure Ltd, where he is responsible for steering the growth and strategic direction of the business. His focus is on building a high-performing organisation, driving operational excellence, and positioning the company for long-term success in the infrastructure sector. Hugh is known for his hands-on leadership style, strong commercial awareness, and ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
