Passionate about Empowering Others | Seeking Connections | Open to Collaboration I am a results-driven Human Resources professional with extensive experience in Training & Development, Compliance, DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging), Employee Relations, and Advocacy. What motivates me most is the opportunity to create workplaces where fairness, integrity, and empowerment thrive. With a master’s degree in Human Resources and Employment Law, as well as certification as an EEO investigator, I’ve developed a strong foundation in understanding complex workplace dynamics and employee rights. My time with the EEOC reinforced my passion for fostering equity and helping individuals understand their rights in the workplace. Over the years, I’ve dedicated my career to designing and implementing programs that make a tangible difference—whether through meaningful training initiatives, resolving workplace conflicts, or driving impactful DEIB efforts. I’m deeply committed to ensuring employees are not just heard but truly supported in their growth and well-being. I’m now seeking a new career opportunity that allows me to leverage my skills and credentials to make a meaningful impact. My goal is to align my work with my values: advocating for others, promoting inclusivity, and ensuring organizations operate with integrity and care for their people.
