As a recruitment executive at HireX APAC, I handled the complete life cycle of recruitments for various positions and domains, from posting jobs on portals to negotiating salaries and onboarding candidates. I partnered with clients to understand their requirements and expectations, and coordinated with candidates to schedule and conduct interviews. I also maintained a database of resumes and candidates\' feedback, and followed up with them till they joined the system. Before that, I worked as an HR recruiter at Shivansh Traders for two years, where I supported the HR operations and employee engagement activities. I handled the first round of HR interviews, assessed the candidates\' suitability, academic and professional qualifications, and communication skills, and forwarded the shortlisted profiles to the clients. I also resolved employee grievances and issues, and organized various initiatives and events to enhance the employee morale and retention.
