About Grant Langston
I got into the profession of HR because I have a passion for developing people and affecting a business’ bottom line in a strategic way through its people. My work is nothing like Toby from \"The Office\", although in HR you do get to come home with some hilarious, sad, exciting and inspirational experiences. Directing a team in HR is a challenge and opportunity to truly lead by example and walk the walk.Achievements include rebuilding culture from the ground up, sourcing and leading implementation of new HRIS, lowering turnover, training novice managers into effective leaders, root cause analysis leading to higher profitability, building cloud-based HR knowledge center, and complete recruiting rebuilds. My experience in sales prior to joining HR helps me to connect with all levels and sell ideas.
