Lead the HRBP team supporting The US Oncology Network and serve on leadership team of the SVP/GM. We provide HR strategy, services and support to oncology and radiation practices across the United States to help them achieve their growth and patient care goals. Previously served as HR Business Partner with SVP of our TX Region. Led a team of 12 providing HR support to employees & over 420 physicians. In that role, with Operations & Physician leadership, led a cross-functional team to develop/define our organizational culture; led the team that coordinated roll-out across the organization; and facilitated efforts to embed/sustain the new Culture vision.Before that, provided all HR services for small pharmaceutical distribution center - start-up operation, as well as oncology specialty pharmacy start-up.
