To ensure the microbiological testing as perReliance & BIS method (Carbonated soft drinks, Packaged drinking water, Raw water, Treated water), Air-monitoring & fumigations of particular areas after considering the risk of microbes by setting up of frequency of testing in the areas).2.Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.3.Inventory Management: Manage raw materials, packaging, and finished goods inventory.4.Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper maintenance of production equipment to prevent downtime.5.Team Supervision: Supervise production staff to ensure efficient and safe operations.6.HACCP and GMP: Implement and maintain Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points(HACCP) and Good Manufacturing Practices(GMP) systems.7.Documentation and Record-Keeping:Maintain accurate records of production, quality control, and inventory management.
