About Hrishikesh Chavan
A lawyer practicing in Mumbai. Began as Manager with a start up for a brief period. Then surged to work with late Shri Atul Munim, a respected personality in the legal fraternity of Mumbai, and the then Partner of Bachubhai Munim & Co - a Law Firm. Also worked with Mr. Jai Munim, Managing Partner of Bachubhai Munim & Co, under whom got exposure to litigation, especially civil, commercial and corporate litigation. Subsequent to this stint at the Law Firm, joined Chamber of eminent criminal lawyer Mr. Subodh Desai. Under the guidance of Mr. Desai, appeared in criminal cases before different forums at various stages in criminal procedure, involving offences under the Indian Penal Code and special enactments. After getting handful of experience at Bachubhai Munim & Co. and under Mr. Desai, started law practice independently. Though, have been handling litigation on all the subjects, special interest in practice has been Constitutional law and Criminal law. Additionally, handled arbitration matters and decided disputes as an arbitrator. Empanelled with the Bombay High Court\'s panel of arbitrators. Pre-litigation advise has always been a forte, and consulting includes a comprehensive study of the complete litigation life cycle. A Gold medalist in the LL.M. A Masters degree holder in Business Administration. A Lawyer with an experience of more than 15 years.
