My approach includes building strong personal marketing materials, including resumes, elevator pitches, and online branding strategies that elevate visibility and authenticity.I also help clients develop effective networking and referral strategies so they feel equipped to navigate the job search process with clarity and confidence. Using Challenger, Gray & Christmas’ proprietary technology and career assessments, I guide individuals in understanding their strengths and preparing for successful interviews and career transitions.
