CDP programs focus on food sovereignty, mutual aid & street medicine, skill-development workshops, youth-centered programming, resource navigation & advocacy-Organized townhalls to shape mission/vision, drafted bylaws, represented organization to the State-Oversaw contract negotiations/management. Recruited, hired, trained all staff.
