   Working for Manheim (a division of Cox Auto), our team is creating a new Android app which replaces a legacy system. The app allows our Technicians to more efficiently inspect our clients\' vehicles, so that they can decide what type of repair work they would like to do to get their vehicles \"retail-ready.\" What I love about this role: Manheim is committed to problem discovery so that we are solving problems for our users. I get to go to Manheim locations around the country to observe our Technicians in action and interview them about their pain points, so that the software we\'re building helps them do their job better.
