I specialize in US-India transactions and other cross border transactions - Practice includes the formation of new startup companies, venture capital debt or equity financings, and mergers and acquisitions. The Legal Mentorship Program focuses on matching the Mentee with a Mentor working in the same legal filed as Mentee’s aspirations.
