Spearheading efforts across providing after sales technical support & development of TOP COAT Paint and CED for the client. • Conducting new Business development Trial for industrial coating. • Daily checked CED Bag filter UF Feed PUMP Anolyte, permit, RCDI, DM water, UF 1 and UF 2 PH, NVN and Conductivity. • Daily Report checked PH NVM Conductivity pressure difference CED Bag filter, pressure, etc. • Handling operations of the paint shop effectively, safely and economically and ensuring that products meet the production and quality requirements and standards of the client. • Inspecting bodies after final painting and also performing inspection of paint shop activities to detect and eliminated defects relating to painting. • Maintaining coordination with QA for long term and short-term performance analysis of Top Coat. • Monitoring & controlling process parameters of Top Coat & CED effectively support to solve the problems at the customer end. • Preparing and maintaining various records and documents data related to different processes and quality systems. • Responsible for maintaining the Top Coat process and resolving various issues related to quality of the paint and CED. • Testing of incoming paints as per TML (Tata Motors ltd.) specification. • To Maintain CED and top coat parameter and process Parameter. • Troubleshooting paint Defects issue (CED & Top coat)
