A creative way to on-board customers on to our platform with a delivery time turnaround to 1/10th of industry standards. • Developed go-to-market strategy, competitive analysis, pricing, sales execution plans for our IoT based Building Management System platform. • Captured key learnings from client conversations and drove product team to create new features capable of a new revenue stream. • Built channel partnerships with industry leaders like JLL and more for growth and market penetration. • Built knowledge cum growth-based partnerships with Green consulting & Energy consulting firms for client transformation.Working on generating a ~50M revenue opportunity through the startup by building great teams, assembling a set of advisors, engaging with specific industry consultants, build channel partners and implementation partners to create a comprehensive guide that helps our startup expand operations into the United States market.
