Managed the end-to-end documentation strategy and delivery of Internal framework & Distributed Database teams. My responsibilities included authoring release notes and internal release posts to communicate product changes, maintaining and improving developer experience across documentation sites, and coordinating compliance documentation for audits across SDLC, incident management, and vulnerability workflows. I also owned documentation pipelines and Docs-as-Code workflows using Git, Markdown, and Docusaurus, structured and maintained internal knowledge bases in Zoho Learn, and created practical guides, hands-on examples, and API documentation to support developer adoption.To enhance the developer experience, I conducted feedback surveys to identify pain points, restructured site navigation for improved discoverability, and enabled multi-versioning with multi-sidebar categorization in Docusaurus. I also embedded Mermaid diagrams and flowcharts to visualize workflows, integrated tooltips, image zoom, and syntax highlighting for better usability, and enforced content quality by implementing Markdown linting with markdownlint.On the AI front, I am currently working on automation of release notes.
