Daily Scrums I have been conducting DSM, Scrum of Scrum, Retrospective and Backlog session for the awareness of the project to discuss the status of each action also if any developer or a designer has some query that can be resolved over there if not separate discussion can be carried out. Project Co-ordination- Assist the Program Leader to develop detailed work plans, schedules and forecasts, project estimates, resource plans and project status tracking/reporting. Providing Trainings, Mentoring & Assisting New Members. Mentoring and supporting production team throughout the project span. Assigning Tasks and Responsibilities to team members. Successful delivery of project throughout effective facilitation, tracking and reporting. Quality and Risk Management:Assist in producing reviewing and auditing individual project documents. Highlighting Risk Factors before execution and performing EMEA (Failure Modes Effects Analysis) to overcome during Project Execution involvement in Production and Quality Checks of internal as well as Outsourced Production Team. Assist Project Risk-Issue Management, Root Cause Analysis and Corrective and Preventive Actions. Document the same to Quality Management Tracker.Management Reporting- Effective tracking and communication of project status with Team Members, Project Leader and Project Manager. Preparation of dashboard to track and report on project performance-Preparation of project management documentation (PMP and QCP), creating reports (Error Trend analysis, Efficiency report, Project Burndown charts).
