   Spearheaded Maqoor’s mission, mobilizing volunteers across 400+ environmental events, transforming community-led initiatives into a nationwide movement in Armenia- Established and delegated responsibilities within the executive board, ensuring the effective implementation of national environmental campaigns and strategic decision-making- Recruited and led a research team to analyze environmental policies, regional data, and emerging sustainability challenges- Managed cross-functional operations, logistics, and internal communications across regional teams- Coordinated Global Maqoor Day, a landmark event that sparked environmental action in over 100 countries, fostering international collaboration on sustainability efforts- Built and expanded partnerships with major institutions, including the U.S. Embassy of Armenia, American Councils, Peace Corps, Earth Day Org, and others amplifying Maqoor’s impact on global environmental discussions- Coordinated the development of a network of environmental clubs and teams in 7+ countries- Designed and implemented sustainable development programs, contributing directly to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and influencing environmental policies through high-level forums and discussions.
