The HR Manager for freelancers will report directly to the Head of the Project Management Team. The HR Manager for freelancers will be responsible for the database of translator’s, coordination with the translator’s network, enlargement of the database, testing and evaluation of the translators.Essential duties may include, but are not limited to the following:Research:• Makes a research on the language market in order to find new translators, specialists in several fields and for difficult language pairs.Communication:• Keeps a smooth communication with the Project Management Team in order to identify the major needs and fulfill them.• Keeps a smooth communication with the translators already registered in our database, negotiates lower rates, and builds a friendly relationship with them.Quality Assurance:• Sets up a testing and evaluation method for the translators and implements it.
