Hello! I am currently pursuing a specialization in Human Resources from Savitribai Phule Pune University. I have a strong foundation in HR functions and processes, gained through a combination of academic projects and practical experience. Recently, I completed an HR project titled Functions and Labor Law in HRM, where I visited diverse sectors, including hospitality, healthcare, and manufacturing, to understand HR\'s role and responsibilities within each industry.With a one-year internship experience at Verito Engineering Company Pvt. Ltd. in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, I developed skills in recruitment, employee relations, and other core HR functions. As an intern, I handled organizational-based recruitment, resolved workplace issues, and learned how to foster effective communication across teams.in addition to this hands-on experience, I am skilled in managing HR processes such as onboarding, training coordination, and employee engagement.
