Alliance Healthcare became part of the AmerisourceBergen group in June 2021. Alliance Healthcare supplies medicines, other healthcare products and services from over 290 distribution centres across 10 countries employing over employees. MY ROLE Key role in delivering the HR integration programme following the merger with AmerisourceBergen Leading the HR team supporting the Alliance Healthcare Business Unit Central Team in the UK Dotted line management of 6 HR Directors in Turkey, Egypt, Romania, Norway, Czech Republic and Lithuania KEY ACHIEVEMENTS TO DATE Mentoring and developing these HR leaders whilst also working with their Managing Directors and leadership teams to ensure full alignment between the business and HR Management of significant divisional organisational change projects Working with the European Works Council Providing HR sponsorship and support for other Divisional improvement projects as required Managing HR response to Covid-19 and Return to Office activity
