I started my journey at Das Writing Services Pvt Ltd as an HR Recruiter, where I was responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring the best writers and editors for our clients\' needs. I used various platforms and tools to attract and evaluate candidates, conducting interviews and negotiations to ensure a smooth and successful hiring process.I am proud to share that I have recently been promoted to HR Administrator. In this new role, I now oversee a wide range of HR operations, including employee onboarding, payroll management, KRA computation, biometric reporting, recruitment, and the separation process, ensuring that all administrative functions run smoothly and efficiently.With a BCom degree from North Orissa University, I bring a strong foundation in business and finance, enabling me to communicate the value proposition and expectations of our company and clients. My career also includes extensive experience in human resources and employee training. As a Training Human Resource Manager at Gurusiksha, an online education platform, I developed and delivered training programs, managed recruitment, and handled performance evaluations for employees and franchise partners. My efforts were recognized through three promotions in under two years and the Employee of the Year 2020 award for my contributions to the company’s revenue and customer satisfaction.Ambitious and driven, I am always looking for opportunities to improve and achieve greatness. I thrive on challenges and continually set goals for myself. I value collaboration and work closely with my team to facilitate their success.
