As an HR Generalist, my responsibilities include- overseeing and coordinating all HR-related functions, such as onboarding, offboarding, recruitment, employee adaptation, participation in Personal Development Plans (PDP), and organizing performance and salary reviews- collaborating closely with management to foster a positive work environment, strengthen workplace culture, enhance productivity, and improve retention- leading end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviews and final selection, while partnering with Department heads and Team Leads to align hiring with organizational needs- conducting regular one-on-one check-ins with employees to proactively identify potential concerns and mitigate risks- planning and executing corporate events, including team-building activities, celebrations, and employee recognition initiatives.
