Explored feasibility and facilitated teamwide adoption of novel research algorithms that return certifiably optimal decision trees • Worked on a multi-teams, multi-companies effort to bring Capital One’s customer bankruptcy (bk) notification service in-house, and engineered a scalable bk servicing pipeline in PySpark, which resulted in a co-authored whitepaper and a ML production pipeline • Led collaboration with Capital One SWE and business teams to implement business logics for US card and recovery bk notifications which enabled my team to have complete control over the whole model development/deployment/monitoring process
