Concord High School• Teach Physics in the Universe, Physics Honors, AP Physics 1, and Chemistry in the Earth System with a focus on phenomena-based instruction aligned to the California Next Generation Science (CA NGSS) standards. Utilize the 5E instructional model to engage students and foster social and emotional learning in a supportive classroom environment.• Demonstrated instructional leadership by spearheading the creation and refinement of a comprehensive Curriculum Map & Pacing Guide for the district’s Savvas California Experience Chemistry curriculum. Streamlined departmental alignment by detailing all learning experiences, common assessments, and pacing, and organizing tests and readings into a centralized shared folder.
