I am a senior delivery leader with 18+ years of experience leading complex, large-scale initiatives across data, platforms, and business-critical systems in regulated environments.My focus is on end-to-end delivery of modern platforms — aligning product strategy, data, technology, and operating models to deliver measurable business outcomes. I specialise in navigating complexity: managing cross-team dependencies, shaping delivery roadmaps, and embedding governance that enables speed without compromising control.Increasingly, my work sits at the intersection of data, automation, and AI-enabled systems. I am particularly interested in how agentic AI and autonomous workflows are changing delivery models — from how decisions are made, to how work is orchestrated, monitored, and governed in production environments.To deepen this capability, I have recently completed formal training in Agentic AI, strengthening my understanding of agent architectures, tool-enabled reasoning, human-in-the-loop design, and the delivery considerations required to make autonomous systems reliable, observable, and safe at scale.I bring a pragmatic, outcomes-driven approach to Agile delivery, balancing adaptability with clarity of ownership, accountability, and risk management.
