Working as Senior Infrastructure Projects and Facility Manager for West Rajasthan Zone. As project Manager completed more than 100 Branches setup and Renovation.As Facility part handing 40 plus Branches 2 Offices and One critical biz center for the Zone.In project Manager profile, having core responsibility of sourcing of suitable premise, site inspection and rent negotiation and lease execution. After Finalization and lease execution of premise Finalization layout, BOQ and work order. selected Branches with complying IGBC Gold or Platinum rating norms.Planing and work order exuction of all require assets for New Branch/ office. For HVAC planing other all other assets like CCTV FIS, DG, UPS, Servo, Solar, Vault security Elements etc. planing and delivery and installation.Final measurement and billing after completion of project.In Infra Facility Manager part Manage Repair and Maintainance of All existing premises for the Regions.Ensuring the nil down time of braches for uninterrupted customer service. Ensuring proper power backup from DG, UPS & stabilizer.Manage Audit and Complaince of Opex and Capex expenditure of Branches.Manage Existing Branches Premises Landlord\'s or Vendor related or Complaince or any grievances.Ensuring the energy efficiency of each and every branch, and ensure to EPM below than 1.5.For Energy Efficiency worked on AOT, AC non AC segregation in Branches, Completed 100% LED light in Premise. UPS batteries optimization. Stablizer optimization according the actual load of Branch. Ensure the quarterly Integrative preventive maintenance in self presence of all critical equipment of Premises.Manage Housekeeping and security from respective vendors for mapped Regions.Lease renewal of Existing Branches. 11th Sept 209 ICICI Bank is awarded with India First Net Zero Energy Platinum rated Building By IGBC (Indian Green Building Counsil of India) there was the part of the project team.
