As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), my responsibility is to propel Pulsant\'s technology and product strategy into the next phase of growth. Reporting to the CEO and as a member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), I am tasked with ensuring that we capitalise on our investments in PlatformEDGE™. In collaboration with the Commercial and Marketing teams, my goal is to cultivate a comprehensive understanding of Pulsant’s platform within the market and amongst key clients. Additionally, I am charged with keeping an eye on emerging technology trends that may impact our clients and identifying opportunities for Pulsant to refine its offerings to address these changing demands.

With over two decades of experience in technical and operational leadership roles, I possess a proven track record in establishing, nurturing, and leading teams to achieve business goals.In my tenure at Pulsant, I have directed several major infrastructure projects, including building a high-capacity, low latency national network connecting Pulsant\'s edge data centres. Before my current position as Pulsant\'s Chief Technology Officer, I managed service, infrastructure, and technology teams throughout the company.Before joining Pulsant, I served as Service Director at Onyx Group and Knowledge IT, overseeing the provision of IT services that included technical support, network infrastructure, service delivery, and security.Beyond my professional life, I am a passionate cyclist and a certified Cycling Coach with British Cycling. I volunteer my time to coaching young cyclists at Hetton Hawks Cycling Club and at various regional cycling events.
