ABOUT CHRIS W. MILLER

Chris Miller, over 39 years of real estate industry experience, now retired from sales and specializing in land with water rights consultations. Residential, farm, ranch, industrial, commercial land with water rights consultations to help you make good market decisions buying or selling property. Chris W. Miller\'s roots in the land go back generations,\"the family traveled by covered wagon on the Oregon trail to homestead on the rich soil of the Palouse region in southeastern Washington State\". His real estate career began over thirty years ago in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Designations held include Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist(CRS), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Certified New Home Specialist. He has worked as a graduate assistant trainer for Dale Carniegie Sales training program as well as an in-house training broker for a number of general realty companies and home builders. His work with land, resort developers, and home builders has taken him to New Mexico, Texas, Colorado, Wisconsin, Missouri, Arkansas, and Nevada. From condo conversions in Dallas, TX in the 70\'s to mountain retreats in Pagosa Springs, CO to private gated golf communities in Branson, MO, to new home and land sales for Arkansas\' largest builder/land developer. He first joined the Realtors Land Institute in 1987 and has experience with hundreds of land transactions, including land involving water rights. Chris Miller has a wide and diverse background in real estate.
