Accomplished versatile HSSE professional with a focus around Engineering. Extensive experience in both the public sector through Local Authority HSE enforcement and the private sector, specialising in the utility and energy sector. I have worked for a number of blue chip companies in a number of managerial roles within the HSSE field for the past 20+ years. Strengths include developing cost-effective HSSE processes that align with business goals. I am an ISO 14001 and 45001 lead auditor and have extensive experience in Implementing ISO 14001 and 45001 Management Systems, driving continuous improvement within the business.With a wealth of HSSE and technical skills acquired across a broad range of demanding roles, I have demonstrated a proven talent to provide or source creative HSSE and business solutions. I am a proven leader use to managing large numbers of HSE professionals with a proven track record of building and leading effective teams, driving change initiatives, implementing HSSE strategies and Behavioural Change programmes.During my career, I have experience of overhead line transmission, gas distribution, gas transmission, clean and dirty water and general construction projects (including elements of T5 and London Docklands Railway) supporting a wide range of blue chip UK companies
